Granola, Strawberries and Low-Fat Yoghurt.Ingredients:5 medium sized strawberries (sliced in half)1/2 cup Low-fat vanilla or Greek-style yoghurt.1/2 cup of granola.1) Mix together the strawberries, yoghurt and half of the the granola.2) Place it in a breakfast bowl or dessert glass.3) Sprinkle the rest of the granola on top.A quick and easy, low-fat breakfast in under 10 minutes.Approx 350 calories.
